Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko said this in an interview with Germany’s Bild tabloid, Ukrinform reports, citing DW.

In accordance to him, inhabitants of Kyiv want to put together for the state of affairs of prevalent electricity outages at small temperatures.
