Odesa port resumes operations after power outage

The Odesa Sea Trade Port has resumed functions after a power outage brought on by Russian shelling.

“Port employees resumed loading ships with export agricultural products many thanks to the liquidation by DTEK personnel of the implications of Russian troops’ shelling of power services,” Olena Hiriayeva, spokesperson for the Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority, told an Ukrinform correspondent.

According to her, nowadays the port is operating as normal.

As documented, the port of Odesa suspended cargo transshipment owing to lack of electricity offer.
