George “I am not a criminal” Santos is under fire for being an impostor, a liar, and a fraud. Just another day in Republican politics. And reportedly Long Islanders — the people who unwittingly voted this basket case in — are furious, with many of them publicly complaining and calling for the resignation of Santos. Good for them!

Santos, who just the other day admitted to “embellishing” (we in the real world call that lying) his resume, is promising that he will indeed be sworn in. With Santos, one has to take everything he says and believe the opposite. So if he says he’ll be sworn in, that REALLY means he is starting to panic.

Santos has been doing his best to do damage control, but nothing he says or does is working. That might be because Santos is a moron, and nowhere is that more evident than his reasoning for lying about being Jewish.

Santos claims he did not lie at all because he never said he was Jewish. He said he was Jew-ISH. Got it? Please, save it from batshit crazy, lying Republicans. And Santos is being called out all over for his lies by many people, some of whom you would not expect, like Tulsi Gabbard. And on Twitter, where the pathological liar goes to hide, thousands are calling for his resignation.

Several Republican strategists think Santos SHOULD resign, that his lies are a gift to democrats and that the GOP will find themselves in trouble if they do not urge Santos to quit.

And that is why I do not believe the GOP will do one damn thing. Because, when faced with a decision, the GOP ALWAYS makes the wrong one — so why should this one be any different?

In the meantime, desperate deplorables, are doing their best to defend Santos. Their newest excuse? It’s fine for Santos to lie because democrats have been lying for years. I kid you not. Many Republicans are saying this.

I would like to see Santos pay for his sins and his lies. But if he indeed does get seated, let’s do our best to show the American people what a massive, miserable bunch of liars the GOP are.
