Serhii Haidai, the head of the Luhansk Regional Army Administration, explained this through a briefing at the Ukraine – Ukrinform Media Heart.

“Fairly really serious hostilities are likely on there. Our Protection Forces are keeping their positions. They have even enhanced them a little and are avoiding the occupation troops from advancing. But equally prior to that and soon after that, the territory of the settlement of Bilohorivka was simply destroyed by rigorous shelling, and it is however remaining shelled by major artillery, tanks, aerial bombs, and rockets. Today, unfortunately, Bilohorivka no extended exists as a settlement,” Haidai said.

In accordance to him, Bilohorivka is a settlement of the Lysychansk group in which Russian troops done a person of the most shameful functions. They wanted to cross the Siverskyi Donets River and create a bridgehead in Bilohorivka.
