Yaroslav Yanushevych, the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, claimed this in a article on the Telegram messaging app, Ukrinform reports.

“The Russian occupiers have just introduced an additional strike on a household space in Kherson. According to original facts, two men and women were being wounded,” he explained.

In accordance to Yanushevych, rescue solutions are doing work at the scene.
