The Ukrainian Ministry of Defense has not recorded any shaped strike teams on the territory of Belarus that could launch an offensive on Kyiv.
Ministry of Defense Oleksii Reznikov claimed this at a press conference in Kyiv, an Ukrinform correspondent studies.
“As of right now, on the territory of Belarus, we do not see shaped strike teams capable of launching an offensive on Kyiv,” Reznikov stated.
He also emphasised that Russian troops will not be in a position to seize Kyiv.

“As of currently, there is no these types of concentration of troops there. In accordance to our estimates, no much more than 12,000 Russian soldiers are now at training grounds in Belarus,” Reznikov emphasised.
As reported, on January 31, Russia-Belarus joint workers coaching of the joint command of the regional grouping of troops (forces) began in Belarus.
