The Odesa Town Council wrote this on Telegram, Ukrinform reviews.
“Owing to the important situation with electrical power provide in the metropolis, vacations have been announced for educational institutions on Monday and Tuesday, February 6 and 7,” the metropolis council claimed in a statement.
