Baouche was an engineer at General Dynamics Electric Boat at the time of the attack and took off on Jan. 5 and 6, according to FBI officials. The FBI also noted Baouche has a “secret security clearance as part of his employment.” The FBI said it received an online tip on Jan. 13, identifying Baouche as entering the Capitol building.
