Nine ships leave Odesa region’s ports with agricultural products for Africa, Asia and Europe

Nine much more vessels loaded with 390,000 tonnes of agricultural merchandise for African, Asian and European nations around the world have still left the Odesa region’s ports as portion of the ‘grain initiative’.

The related assertion was designed by the Ukrainian Infrastructure Ministry on Facebook, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“Over two times, 9 vessels loaded with 390,000 tonnes of agricultural goods for Africa, Asia and Europe have remaining the Odesa region’s ports. Among them, there are the bulk carriers, ALANDA STAR and SSI PRIVILEGE, carrying 68,000 tonnes of wheat for Egypt and Indonesia, as well as the tanker EUROCHAMPION loaded with 45,000 tonnes of vegetable oil for India,” the report states.

20-two vessels are now staying loaded with much more than 860,000 tonnes of agricultural products and solutions at the Odesa region’s ports. A few more ships are now sailing by way of the ‘grain corridor’ to be loaded with 93,000 tonnes of agricultural solutions.

In accordance to the ministry, ninety-five vessels are waiting around in line for inspection methods in the Bosphorus Strait.

A reminder that a complete of 594 vessels have left the Odesa region’s ports since August 1, 2022. They exported 15.5 million tonnes of Ukrainian-made agricultural products to Asia, Africa and Europe.
