Request for medical records of the Novichok cases
Dear FBI and dear British friends: 
Is it possible for you to share the copies of the medical records of the Novichok cases with me or to publish them (which would be the best), with the patients’ consent? I would like to look into these records. This will help to clarify the nature of the medical illness which lead to one death and three recoveries. I think, humbly, that this might be an open question (the natures of these illnesses). 
This is not to doubt the treating physicians’ diagnoses but to see how they arrived at them and on what basis, including the lab data. 
Given the importance of the issue and the level of the controversies, I hope and think that this is quite reasonable request, and there might be a number of people who would like to do this also. 
The socio-political circumstances of these medical cases are quite suspicious.
