M.N.: Mr. Putin did read my article carefully, and he understood that its gist is correct. (I am not completely sure myself, but let us assume that it is so.) He looks at Patrushev, “s upryokom i ukoriznoy”: “How did you let it happen?!” Patrushev is deeply in his thoughts, and looks puzzled and confused, and also guilty. Volodin looks as if he is in pain, Medvedev looks angry. 
Most likely, Putin ordered his own independent intelligence assessment on this subject, and most likely, it confirmed that this interpretation of events might quite well correspond to reality. 
Putin’s pencil points broadly to the Left, as if asking: “Is this the Leftist Conspiracy”? 
I do not know, if this is “the Leftist Conspiracy”, but it does look like the sophisticated, multiple levels and multiple dimensions, well thought out, well structured and organized, well operationalized CONSPIRACY. And just like before, I think it would be in the best interests of Russia to release all, complete information about the “operations Trump and 9/11”, and other relevant operations to the American Agencies, and to work with them in good faith, and to assist in solving this historical mystery and in complete unraveling and understanding of this Conspiracy against the U.S. 
When this issue and problem is resolved, and when they are resolved completely, the door towards the improvement in the bilateral relations will open, and the other pressing issues, such as the common security in Atlantic – Mediterranean Region, NATO, and others, will come to the fore.
