Armstrong, made when the company was under the umbrella of UMI (which also included King, Conn, and Artley), made in USA, in Elkhart IN I believe. These were student saxes, sort of knocked off from a Keilwerth design but some things were changed because it doesn’t sound like a Keilwerth.
