The fuel rail pressure sensor is located on the fuel rail. It usually looks like a small black cube. Make sure the electrical connector is on all the way and the wires aren’t broken or chewed by critters. High Input should mean the circuit is open, so if the wires look okay and its connected properly, go ahead and disconnect it.
