āļø In an interview with Welt, Petraeus noted that Ukraineās strikes on Russian oil refineries are already contributing to the collapse of Russiaās economy, but that measures are also needed against entities that buy Russian gas and oil, as well as against those who sell components, chips, and spare parts to Russiaās military-industrial complex ā supplies that allow Moscow to continue producing weapons, munitions, and similar products.
āļø Petraeus also said that next year Russiaās National Welfare Fund will be completely depleted of financial resources, so now is the time for Europe and America to impose new sanctions.
