Knowing that California allows NO MODIFICATIONS to an engine to pass the smog test, he replaced the Trans Am’s FI, with the original EC carb and intake. Now we must pass the smog test with the original timing settings, then liven it up so that it runs well after the smog test. Any and all help is appreciated.
