Anyway, APMEX is an established company and I would definitely like to buy from them again (actually my last transaction was a sell and was the impetous for the recent rise in the price of platinum–I sold, it went up). I don’t think their main focus is collectable coins, more commodity items which might explain some of the experiences above.
