New Windows 10 install, but no “Action Center” on taskbar My wife has a HP laptop that I recently had to re-install Windows 10 due to a booting issue. All seems fine, got an issue corrected with the hourglass flashing next to the the Mouse pointer AND taking a LONG time to open context menu on right click such as pictures and CMD prompt.
