I have used Food Lion’s pick up service, but so far this hasn’t been an issue. But then I came across something somewhere that made me wonder about it. If I definitely have to pay the price of the substitution, then I won’t check the substitution box when ordering. Maybe I’ll try calling another Food Lion store.
