The Province of Biscay (/ ĖbÉŖskeÉŖ, ĖbÉŖski / BISK-ay, BISK-ee; [3][4] Basque: Bizkaia [bisĢ»kai.a]; Spanish: Vizcaya [biĪøĖkaŹa]) is a province of the Basque Autonomous Community, heir of the ancient Lordship of Biscay, lying on the south shore of the eponymous bay.
