Epic is very competitive to get hired. Less that 5% of applicants receive an offer (I’ve heard numbers of 2% to 5% offer rates). Epic does not hire as much based off experience – many hires are fresh out of school. The main thing that they use to determine whether you are hired is how well you perform on the aptitude assessments.
