I would check out Trellix Intelligent Sandbox, formerly known as McAfee Advanced Threat Defense (ATD). A lot of the research-types in US Fed use it as a stand alone tool for malware analysis. Most of the vendors like Cisco or Palo have their sandboxes integrated with their firewalls or IDS or whatever.
