The fact that some items are “in-store only” really has to change. There should be no difference between me finding something on the shelf and an employee preparing a pickup or delivery order. It’s 2024. Right now I need some basic items for baking and can’t get them at all via pickup, I have to drive to the store. I live in a major metropolitan area (Denver).
